16 years in the making, a bigger canvas, a bigger responsibility
Walsons Securitas India has announced the elevation of Arjun Dewan to President – North & East India, a move that recognises his sustained leadership and contribution to the organisation over the years.
In his expanded role, Dewan will take charge of operations and strategic growth across the North and East regions, reinforcing the company’s push for stronger execution and service delivery in these markets.
Dewan’s association with Securitas India goes back roughly 16 years, during which he has moved up through a series of business development and leadership roles, including stints as Regional Head, Business Development, and Vice President, Business Development for North & East India — before this latest elevation to the President level.
Sharing the news of his new role, Dewan outlined his priorities going forward: deepening client partnerships, driving sustainable and profitable growth across the North and East, building empowered teams, and raising the bar on operational excellence. He described stepping into the position with “gratitude for the journey, humility for the responsibility.”
Walsons Securitas India is part of the Walsons Group, founded in 1996 by Group Chairman Arjun Wallia, which entered into a joint venture with Sweden’s Securitas AB in 2007. The partnership has since grown into one of India’s leading security services providers, spanning manned security, electronic security solutions, facility management, and background verification services.
Dewan’s promotion comes as part of the company’s broader leadership expansion across its regional operations, as it continues to scale its presence across North and East India.
