GardaWorld plans to integrate OnSolve’s business with its existing Crisis24 division, a globally recognised platform known for its AI-enhanced risk management solutions
GardaWorld Security Corporation has announced its agreement to acquire OnSolve, LLC. OnSolve is a leading provider of critical event management solutions, specializing in risk intelligence, mass communications, incident management, and travel risk management. This acquisition aligns with GardaWorld’s vision to strengthen its position in the global security industry by integrating advanced technology with security services.
GardaWorld plans to integrate OnSolve’s business with its existing Crisis24 division, a globally recognized platform known for its AI-enhanced risk management solutions. Crisis24 combines human expertise with AI-driven analysis to deliver real-time risk management strategies. The merger aims to bolster Crisis24’s capabilities by incorporating OnSolve’s technology, enhancing its ability to prepare for and respond to various risks and critical events.

OnSolve employs approximately 400 people across the United States, United Kingdom, and India. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
