The Indian conglomerate will deploy Autodesk Construction Cloud across its global operations in a three-year deal aimed at unifying data and driving sustainable development under its ‘Parivataan’ initiative

The Adani Group has announced a major strategic partnership with global software firm Autodesk to overhaul its infrastructure operations, committing to the deployment of advanced design and construction technology across its massive portfolio.

The three-year agreement will see Adani adopt Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and leverage the firm’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) advisory services, signaling a commitment to creating a “digitally connected, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure ecosystem,” the companies announced today.

The core objective of the partnership is to establish a single source of truth for project data across Adani’s diverse global ventures. By unifying information using Autodesk’s end-to-end solutions, the conglomerate aims to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and project visibility across different teams and disciplines.

“Seamless collaboration and connected data are critical to executing complex infrastructure projects at scale,” said Mr. K S Rao, CEO of Adani Infra India Ltd. “By partnering with Autodesk, we are harnessing world-class technology to unify teams, enhance project visibility, and accelerate decision-making across our diverse business units.”

Driving Sustainability & AI Innovation

The initiative is not only focused on efficiency but also on fostering innovation in key areas such as AI, automation, and sustainability-led project delivery. The partnership extends beyond just design tools, including comprehensive process standardisation, BIM capability building, and upskilling initiatives across the Adani Group.

This digital transformation is central to the Adani Group’s flagship initiative, “Parivataan,” which aims to digitalise the entire project lifecycle, setting new standards in operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Ms. Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President, India & SAARC, Autodesk, linked the partnership directly to national aspirations: “The Viksit Bharat 2047 vision is about designing and making a better future for India and that’s exactly what this partnership with Adani group represents.”

She added that the collaboration will leverage Autodesk’s platform to “power a digital ecosystem that drives smarter, more sustainable growth—setting new benchmarks for how India designs and builds to serve the needs of today and the future.”

The strategic deployment of ACC and BIM is expected to strengthen Adani’s ability to deliver sustainable, high-quality infrastructure efficiently, marking a significant milestone in the digital evolution of one of India’s largest infrastructure conglomerates.
