Cyber exposure management leader Armis has successfully closed a dollar 200 million Series D funding round, propelling its valuation to dollar 4.2 billion. Led by General Catalyst and Alkeon Capital, the round also received contributions from returning investors Brookfield Growth and Georgian. This funding will fuel Armis’ five-year strategy to establish itself as a multi-generational cybersecurity leader, bolstering both organic product development and global go-to-market initiatives, while also opening doors for strategic acquisitions.

The company’s platform, Armis Centrix™, enables real-time asset management and cybersecurity solutions, spanning IT, operational technology, medical devices, cloud assets, and software. Major corporations, including United Airlines, Colgate-Palmolive, and Reckitt, rely on Armis to secure their most critical assets.

This latest funding round follows Armis’ recent achievement of surpassing dollar 200 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), doubling its ARR growth by dollar 100 million in just under 18 months. The company is now setting its sights on reaching dollar 500 million ARR, with the ultimate goal of dollar 1 billion as it eyes a future initial public offering.
