Gallagher Security recently concluded its 2025 Channel Partner Excellence Awards in Colombo, Sri Lanka, acknowledging the contributions of its partners across India. The event, held at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel from 8 to 11 April, was organised alongside the company’s Annual Operations Planning (AOP) meet for Gallagher India.
The combined occasion brought together Gallagher’s leadership team, channel partners, and key stakeholders to reflect on the past year and strategise for the future. This year’s AOP was themed ‘Charting a Secure Future’, reflecting the company’s intent to align its partners with evolving industry trends and long-term goals.
Deneshkumar V, General Manager – India at Gallagher Security, emphasised the importance of the event, stating, “This event is dedicated to expressing our heartfelt gratitude, acknowledging the remarkable efforts of our valued partners, and setting a clear strategic direction for the future, while celebrating our collective success within the security industry.”
He further added, “While we celebrate achievements at these awards, the AOP meeting allows us to align our focus for the year ahead, setting goals, exploring new opportunities, and strengthening collaboration to navigate the evolving security landscape. Together, with our Channel Partners, we reinforce our shared vision, foster long-term partnerships, and lay the foundation for a future built on excellence, trust, and continued growth in 2025 and beyond.”
The event provided a platform for knowledge exchange, with Gallagher’s India team engaging in discussions about past performance and future plans. Attendees also had opportunities to explore upcoming product offerings, network with peers, and attend a session on global security trends. The event concluded with the Channel Partner Excellence Awards on 9 April, recognising the efforts of partners who contributed to Gallagher’s growth and presence in India.
This year’s awards honoured both emerging and established partners. Hayleys Fentons Limited, Bion Analytx Private Limited, and DIMO Private Limited were recognised with the Emerging Excellence Award. The Pinnacle Partner Award was given to Ardelisys Technologies Pvt Ltd and Johnson Controls India Pvt Ltd, while Kaizen Techniks and Convergint India Private Limited were named Strategic Partners. The Legacy Partner Award was presented to Spearhead Multi Techno Pvt Ltd, Multipro Consultancy N Services, and Apex Engineering Solutions.
Ian Meadows, General Manager – India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) at Gallagher Security, was also present at the event, highlighting the growing importance of India within the company’s global operations.
As Gallagher and its partners look ahead, the event served as both a moment of reflection and a step forward in strengthening collaboration, aligning on goals, and collectively navigating the fast-changing security landscape.
