Generative AI is no longer a futuristic buzzword—it’s a present-day disruptor that’s transforming the way enterprises operate, make decisions, and, critically, train their workforce. The Rise of Agentic AI in Enterprise Learning

Perhaps one of the most promising trends is the emergence of agentic AI—AI models capable of autonomous learning and decision-making. Kaklasaria explains, “We’re heading toward a future where AI agents can not only recommend a course but also evaluate its impact, modify it, and create a new one—all in real time.”

He envisions a future in which training agents could analyse an employee’s interaction with a CRM tool, identify inefficiencies, and autonomously launch a micro-learning module to address those gaps.

“This kind of on-the-fly training is only possible with agentic AI,” he says. “It’s where learning meets productivity.”

Caution in the Age of Data and Deepfakes

Yet, the rapid adoption of generative AI brings its own set of challenges. Chief among them is data security.

“Enterprises are realising that integrating AI into L&D comes with risks—especially when models are fed proprietary or sensitive data,” Kaklasaria warns. “This is where private LLMs and secured AI platforms become critical.”

He also flags the issue of deepfakes and misinformation. “We’re teaching employees to be not only digitally skilled but digitally wise. The human layer is still essential in validating what the AI says.”

The Path Ahead: AI and Human Synergy

Kaklasaria believes that the future of learning is hybrid—not just in terms of online and offline, but also human and AI.
