The Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) has awarded Stalwart a three-year contract to supply 725 skilled professionals
Stalwart, a well-established provider of security, facility management, and staffing solutions, has announced new contract wins that further strengthen its position in the government sector. Founded in 1991, the company continues to expand its footprint, particularly in Tamil Nadu, with notable partnerships.
The Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) has awarded Stalwart a three-year contract to supply 725 skilled professionals. These roles will support various TTDC-operated Resorts, Hotels, and Boathouses across the state. The staffing will cover a broad range of positions, including Operational Managers, Housekeeping Executives, Front Office Assistants, Chefs, Bartenders, Lifeguards, and Telescope Operators. The contract highlights Stalwart’s continued capability to deliver large-scale staffing solutions tailored to the needs of public sector organisations.
In addition to its collaboration with TTDC, Stalwart has also secured an extension of its existing contract with Chennai’s Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC). Under this agreement, Stalwart will provide a total of 1,670 Drivers and Conductors to MTC, reinforcing its role in supporting the city’s public transport infrastructure.
A spokesperson for the company commented on these developments, stating, “At Stalwart, operational excellence is not just a goal—it’s an integral part of our identity. From the very beginning, our founder, Mr. A.K. Shekar, instilled a core principle that continues to guide us: a mindset of ‘offering.’”
The latest contract wins demonstrate Stalwart’s ability to deliver consistent, scalable, and reliable staffing solutions across sectors, particularly within public services. As the company continues to build on its legacy, its focus remains on meeting the evolving needs of its clients through well-trained personnel and efficient service delivery.
