Security Guard Brutally Attacked In Mahabalipuram After Blocking Car From Entering ‘No Parking’ Zone

A security guard was brutally assaulted in Tamil Nadu’s Mahabalipuram after stopping a car from entering a ‘No Parking’ zone near the Panch Ratham monument. The incident involved 49-year-old Elumalai, who had intervened to prevent traffic congestion in the area.

The confrontation began when the occupants of the car accused Elumalai of tapping their vehicle. A viral video of the incident shows a heated argument, with the group claiming that the security guard had verbally abused them. Tensions escalated when one of the women from the group kicked Elumalai, leading him to fight back in self-defense. This prompted all four individuals to push him to the ground and violently attack him.

Bystanders quickly intervened, managing to break up the assault. Afterward, the group of attackers fled the scene.

The incident has sparked outrage online, with many calling for strict action against the attackers. Authorities are reportedly investigating the matter.
