Recognising the contributions of India’s rising facility leaders, BW Businessworld hosted the inaugural edition of “BW Facility Management Conference and 40 Under 40 Awards.” The event aimed to acknowledge and honour talented individuals under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions in the industry
The Facility Management industry has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, expanding its responsibilities and embracing new technologies. With a heightened focus on employee safety, engagement, and efficient practices, Facility Management has become integral to enhancing overall business efficiency. This rise can be attributed to factors like modernisation, rapid urban development, and increased awareness among both commercial and residential clients.
To recognise the contributions of India’s rising facility leaders, BW Businessworld hosted the inaugural edition of “BW Facility Management Conference and 40 Under 40 Awards.” The event aimed to acknowledge and honour outstanding individuals under the age of 40 within the industry for their significant contributions.
The conference & awards ceremony took place on February 6th, 2024, at the Imperial Hotel, New Delhi.
The selection process involved receiving over 100 nominations, out of which 37 were shortlisted. The final winners were determined by the jury members, each utilising an independent scoring system.
