Invixium, a global leader in biometric access control and workforce management, has taken a significant step in advancing localisation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to further align with the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) programme, an initiative aimed at fostering long-term economic growth and localisation within the Kingdom.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Shiraz Kapadia, CEO and President of Invixium, and Abdullah Alghamdi, Senior Vice President of Safety and Industrial Security at Aramco. The agreement underpins Invixium’s commitment to Saudi Vision 2030, a transformative plan to diversify the nation’s economy and build local capabilities.

Strengthening Local Presence

“Saudi Arabia is our largest region, thanks to vital partnerships with customers like Saudi Aramco,” said Shiraz Kapadia during the signing ceremony. He further announced plans to establish an office and production facility in the Kingdom. “This initiative will allow us to manufacture biometric solutions locally, generate employment opportunities, and foster innovation and engineering expertise in the region.”

Localisation & Innovation

IKTVA’s goals include levelling the playing field for suppliers, promoting transparent processes, and fostering supplier-focused partnerships. Regular quality assessments ensure that the highest standards are maintained. The MoU positions Invixium as a leading provider of face recognition access control solutions in Saudi Arabia, strengthening its collaboration with Aramco.

By committing to local manufacturing and workforce development, Invixium aims to contribute significantly to the Kingdom’s economic and technological landscape. The partnership also underscores the company’s dedication to advancing innovation and localisation in alignment with national priorities.

Shared Vision

The MoU represents a shared vision between Invixium and Aramco to drive economic growth, technological advancement, and workforce development within Saudi Arabia. The partnership is poised to play a pivotal role in achieving the localisation goals set forth by the IKTVA programme and Saudi Vision 2030.
