Securitas India has appointed Gauri Grover as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Walsons Securitas India, the company announced.
Grover, who has been with the organisation for more than 16 years, will continue to oversee her existing responsibilities while also taking charge of Operations and Sales. The company said the expanded role is aimed at driving greater alignment, agility and value for clients.
According to Securitas India, Grover has played a key role in strengthening client service capabilities, driving innovation and delivering operational excellence during her tenure. The company credited her leadership with helping enhance customer-centric solutions and supporting business growth across its operations.
In her new role, Grover is expected to further strengthen collaboration across teams while driving operational efficiency and strategic execution.
