CSAI’s continued focus on collaboration with key sectors highlights its commitment to developing robust cybersecurity measures
The Cyber Security Association of India (CSAI) has announced the appointment of Sh. Vijayant Gaur as its new Director General. With over two decades of expertise in cyber risk management, data protection, and cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Blockchain, Sh. Gaur is set to lead CSAI in its mission to strengthen India’s cybersecurity landscape.
Sh. Gaur holds globally recognised certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). His career spans significant achievements in fraud detection and the protection of critical digital infrastructure, making him well-suited to navigate the complex challenges of India’s evolving digital ecosystem.
Lt. Gen. (Dr) Rajesh Pant, former National Cyber Security Coordinator in the Prime Minister’s Office and Chairman of CSAI, welcomed Sh. Gaur with high regard. “We are thrilled to welcome Sh. Vijayant Gaur to lead our association. His vision, experience, and deep understanding of cybersecurity will be invaluable as we work to secure India’s digital future and protect against emerging threats,” he said.
