The certification tracks are tailored to meet industry demands, combining foundational and advanced courses
IDEMIA India Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of IDEMIA, a global leader in cryptography and biometric technologies, has announced a partnership with Microsoft India to launch a technology skills development initiative. The programme aims to empower underserved youth, with a particular focus on women, by providing globally recognised certifications in cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).
The initiative, part of IDEMIA’s larger mission to bridge the digital and economic divide, will train over 500 candidates annually. It will deliver Microsoft-certified courses in cutting-edge technology areas such as cloud computing, AI, IT support, software development, data management, and digital productivity. The programme is designed to enhance employability and earning potential for participants, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training.
Comprehensive Certification Tracks
The certification tracks are tailored to meet industry demands, combining foundational and advanced courses. For Master Data Management, the curriculum includes Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, equipping participants with tools for efficient data handling. The IT Help Desk track focuses on system administration and cloud solutions, addressing essential IT support needs. Meanwhile, the Data Analysis track offers an Associate Analyst certification alongside training in data analysis fundamentals, fostering analytical proficiency.
A structured approach ensures effective execution, beginning with a pre-assessment to evaluate candidates and assign them to appropriate courses. The training is delivered by certified experts and culminates in final assessments, enabling participants to earn official Microsoft certifications, validating their industry readiness.
