Rangsons Aerospace Secures ₹300 Crore Funding To Expand Global Operations

Rangsons Aerospace’s latest fundraise comes at a time when India’s aerospace and defence sector is witnessing significant growth, backed by both domestic demand and global partnerships

Rangsons Aerospace, a prominent product technology company serving the aerospace, defence, and homeland security sectors, announced today that it has raised Rs 300 crore (approximately USD 36.5 million) to support its expansion plans and pursue strategic acquisitions. The investment round was led by ValueQuest Investment Advisors, with Anand Rathi Advisors acting as financial advisors for the transaction.

The fresh capital injection will enable Rangsons Aerospace to ramp up its operational capacity, keeping pace with rising global demand for its products and solutions across both commercial and military aviation markets. The company also aims to use the funds to explore new business opportunities and strengthen its position in the aerospace and defence ecosystem.

This funding marks the first investment for ValueQuest Tristar Fund, a Category II Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) that focuses on thematic sector investments. ValueQuest has expressed confidence in the long-term prospects of the aerospace and defence sectors, citing favourable industry trends that are likely to drive sustained growth over the coming decade.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Pavan Ranga, Managing Director of Rangsons Aerospace, said, “We are excited about this fund raise from ValueQuest. It will help accelerate our expansion plans and enhance our ability to serve the growing demands of the aerospace and defence sectors. This investment fuels our vision of expanding into global markets and advancing aerospace innovation. One of our goals is to capture a significant share of the ₹20,000 crore fluid-conveyance system market while continuing to develop world-class solutions for India’s Ministry of Defence and international partners.”
