Tenon FM, the facility management arm of Tenon Group, has named Ankur Sachdev as its new Chief Executive Officer in a strategic leadership move aimed at driving technology-led expansion and global competitiveness.
Sachdev, who has over 18 years of experience in the facility management and security services sector, has been associated with Tenon Group since 2008, having served in key roles at its security division, Peregrine Guarding. In his new role, he will be tasked with improving operational efficiency, spearheading innovation, and strengthening the company’s footprint in both domestic and international markets including the UK, Singapore, and Germany.
Before his long stint at Tenon, Sachdev held a leadership position at Sodexo Facility Management India and began his career in sales strategy. His appointment signals Tenon Group’s continued focus on nurturing internal talent and advancing its integrated service offerings across security, facility management, and e-surveillance.
With a strategic mindset and a strong client-centric approach, Sachdev is expected to steer Tenon FM through its next phase of growth, as the firm aligns its operations with emerging technologies and evolving global service standards.
