Developed in collaboration with IIT Kanpur, the Maral drone boasts exceptional surveillance functionalities coupled with solar panels for sustainable energy supply. By harnessing sunlight to fuel its flights, this cutting-edge drone ensures prolonged operational durations without dependence on conventional fuel sources.
A notable feature of IIT Kanpur’s solar-powered drone is its capability to reach altitudes of up to 5 kilometers, delivering comprehensive aerial coverage for surveillance purposes. With a capacity to capture continuous images for an impressive 10 to 12 hours, the drone demonstrates unmatched endurance and efficiency in monitoring ground activities.
