BW Facility Management’s 40 Under 40 Awards 2026 recognises a select club of under-40 leaders shaping workplace operations, innovation and service excellence
As workplaces become more complex, the role of facility management is no longer limited to administration, maintenance or support services. Today, facility leaders are expected to impact operational efficiency, employee experience, health and wellness, sustainability, technology adoption and business continuity. In this changing environment, recognising young professionals in facility management becomes important not only to celebrate individual achievement but also to spotlight the talent shaping the future of modern workplaces.
The 3rd edition of BW Facility Management 40 Under 40 Awards 2026 was instituted to recognise next-generation thought leaders and innovators from the facility management industry. The initiative aimed to identify young professionals who are redefining workplace operations through leadership, innovation, problem-solving ability, measurable impact and the effective implementation of new-age strategies.
For the 2026 edition, BW Facility Management reached out to over 500 facility management leaders under the age of 40. The initiative received 40 nominations, of which 28 were screened and shortlisted by the BW Facility Management team before being placed before the jury for evaluation.
Jury-led Process

The evaluation process was based on a structured scoring system on a scale of 1 to 10. The jury assessed nominees on the strength of new, innovative and unique initiatives; inclusion of new technologies; impact on revenue and organisational performance; metrics used to measure outcomes; sustainability and scalability of initiatives; clarity of goals; potential to excel; and the quality of a succinct two-minute pitch.
Based on this process, BW Facility Management has recognised 20 winners in the 2026 list. These professionals represent a cross-section of companies and functions across corporate real estate, administration, workplace services, facilities, procurement and allied areas.
