Commercial drone operations may only proceed with a valid statement of work or an approved special government interest airspace waiver.

This list expanded on December 30 to encompass additional “critical infrastructure sites” across the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Long Island.

Queens, Far Rockaway, and Oceanside

Garden City, Lynbrook, and Melville
